KCS Ministries Return-Refund Policy for Online Orders-Purchases, etc.

KCS Ministries collects unrestricted donations on its website to support the mission of the ministry.
The mission is to impact the world through the gospel of Jesus Christ and acts of compassion. All gifts will be used in the collective ministry efforts of KCS Ministries.

If you believe an error has been made in connection with your online order, or something was wrong with the product, please email mediaresources@kylesearcy.com.

If your product was defective or not what your purchased, we will be glad to assist you.
Please do not hesitate to contact us via phone/address listed or use the form provided below.


We will work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary, make any refund or correction that is appropriate.

If you change your mind about ordering a product from KCS Ministries for any reason, we are happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund (return of donation/product purchase) within 14 calendar days of the date on which you made the contribution/order.
