LEADERSHIP EFFORTS

KYLE C. SEARCY INSTITUTE

CONFERENCES

To assist in cultivating a new generation of leaders who can more effectively influence their local communities through a variety of humanitarian initiatives, Dr. Searcy established the Kyle C. Searcy Leadership Institute. People in the public, business, and nonprofit sectors can get management and leadership training through the Institute's Wisdom 2 Lead Conference. Participants will receive direct access to top authorities and influential people with backgrounds in business, law, and government around the country.

YOUTH CITY

COMMUNITY

The Little Leaders Camp was founded by Dr. Searcy in 2007. This program aimed to maximize children's enthusiasm for learning, foster their creativity, boost their self-esteem, and develop their leadership skills at home, in school, and within the
community. Later, Dr. Searcy established Youth City, a summer enrichment program that focuses on math, science, and reading. Today, with the support of Pastor Chris Searcy, the newly appointed pastor of Fresh Anointing House of Worship, Kyle assisted in founding Searcy Academy. This academy emphasizes workforce development for high school students and young adults up to the age of 25. In line with true leadership principles, Kyle is dedicated to nurturing leadership qualities in the youth.

GLOBAL OUTREACH

AFRICA & MISSIONS

Dr. Searcy supports 300 churches worldwide and 33 churches in the United States financially and spiritually. With the support of his church, Fresh Anointing House of Worship, and in his capacity as Bishop of the Fresh Oil Fellowship of Churches worldwide, he has led more than 80 mission journeys to 19 different countries since 1993.

Because of Dr. Searcy’s deep-rooted passion and unwavering commitment to uplifting communities in Africa, he spearheaded the construction of a six-classroom school in Moselo Village, Sierra Leone. Driven by a heartfelt desire to break the cycle of poverty through education, Dr. Searcy recognized the urgent need for accessible, quality
learning in rural areas where children often face overwhelming obstacles to academic success. His vision was not just to build a school, but to plant seeds of hope, knowledge, and opportunity for future generations. As a result of his tireless efforts and generous spirit, more than 600 children in Moselo Village now have access to a high-quality education—a life-changing gift that empowers them to dream, grow, and lead. Dr. Searcy’s work in Sierra Leone is a shining example of how faith, compassion, and action can transform lives and communities around the world.
